The personal data provided will be kept until the account is closed by the user (a request for deletion is received from the data subject) or three years from the last contact.

On the date of completion of the contract the data will be locked out to prevent any processes other than their disclosure to public authorities and courts of law in regard to any potential liabilities arising from data processing, and even then only during the period of limitation of such liabilities.

To manage Hiru newsletters, you must create a user account (an “Account”), which you can access from the “Registration” section of the website. To register, enter your e-mail address and a password.

You will be the sole party liable for any use by third parties if you have revealed it to them. In addition, any time you detect unauthorized use of your account or notice any security-related incident, you must notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to cancel any user account if we believe it may be in violation of the conditions of use of the website or involved in unlawful, disparaging, defamatory or offensive actions, or in general any actions that are illegal, immoral or go against law and order.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are to be governed and interpreted according to Spanish legislation in all points expressly set out herein. For cases in which the regulations give parties the option to submit to a jurisdiction, the provider and the user expressly waive any other jurisdiction that they might be entitled to claim and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Bilbao (Bizkaia).
